Integration and data clean-up usually take a few months. Starting early avoids a rush near the deadline.

What changes

Invoices become structured data

Your invoice moves from your system to your customer's through two ASPs on the Peppol network, and tax data is reported to the FTA.

How we help
  • Readiness check. Your phase, deadline and the gaps in your current invoicing.
  • ASP selection and registration. A neutral comparison of accredited providers, then onboarding.
  • System connection. Field mapping in Tally, Zoho, QuickBooks, Xero, Odoo or your own ERP.
  • Data clean-up. Customer and supplier TRNs and master data fixed before go-live.
  • Go-live and after. Testing, staff training and monthly monitoring of rejected invoices.

Missing the deadline can cost AED 5,000 per month, plus penalties per late invoice.

Common questions

Before you get in touch

Do you work with small businesses and start-ups?

Yes. Many of our clients are owner-run companies. We size the service to your transaction volume, so you only pay for what you need.

Will I need to change my accounting software?

Usually not. We work in Tally, Zoho, QuickBooks, Xero and Odoo. If your current setup is holding you back, we'll recommend and handle a move.

My books are a year or more behind. Can you help?

Yes. We clear backlogs period by period, then move you onto a regular monthly routine so it doesn't happen again.

Can I still claim Small Business Relief for Corporate Tax?

Yes, for tax periods ending by 31 December 2029 if revenue stays at or below AED 3 million and conditions are met. It must be elected in the return.

Do you work outside Dubai?

Yes, across all seven emirates. Most work is done remotely in your cloud software, with meetings in person or online.
